Welcome to the Community @wael.saad111 and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this problem. There are lots of helpful people here, and some also have Fossil watches, so hopefully someone will be able to assist you soon.
When I set up both of my Fossil watches I didn’t use the QR code. I made sure the watch was connected to my WiFi and I used the watch to go to Google Play then looked for Facer. I added the companion app that way.
