What is the correct code (TAG) to use for an analog battery dial going 360 degrees?

Is it #PBN#?

Yes.

For a rotational code in 360 degrees you need #PBN# (Phone Battery)

For Watch Battery it is: #BLN#.

How can I make a battery dial using the 10 day battery reserve on the attached face?

I’d manually create parts of a circle that overwrite the level and then just have them as the various battery percentage icons.
