It has been a while since I used this app. Once I sign into the app, it crashes emeadiatly. I uninstall the app, reinstall it, every things works fine. Once I log into me account, it crashes every time. What am I missing?
Hi @Choard! Sorry to hear you are experiencing a crash at sign-in. Can you share the model of your phone and the version of Facer you are using? We’ll look into it ASAP.
I have the Galaxy S8 and the version of Facer is 2.6.1_1107.
I created another account and it is working fine. I am able to sign into my origanla account online without any issue.
