I am just starting out. I have made a few watch faces and am loving it. My question is, how do you make all the interesting designs around or behind the functions? Is there a place for designing them? Do you use PhotoShop? Do tell!! Thank you for ANY help here!!

I build mine in Inkscape as SVGs to export different resolutions for the various watch face making apps
Heavy Photoshop here. Do everything in Photoshop- all objects.
