Battery Level blank after update

Help. The Battery Level #BLN# and #BLP# stopped displaying after the last update to Facer. It doesn’t display on my phone in the app nor on the watch (Gear S2). This affects all of my purchased and designed faces.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Facer app on the phone with the same result.

Any suggestions are most welcome.

Today everything seems back to normal. Hmmm, what gives?

@mallettg hi! We’ve heard some isolated reports of watch battery not showing up on samsung watches before but never were able to reproduce it. If you see this issue again, please contact us at facer-support@little-labs.com and we’ll try and identify the issue with you.
