Best Smart Watch-Choose the best

Hi everyone I have been researching the best smartwatches lately because I am trying to get a better handle on my health, energy levels, and overall wellness. Recently, I’ve been experiencing low energy, so I want something that can accurately track my daily activity, recovery, and especially my sleep to help me build healthier habits.I’ve gone through reviews from trusted sources like Wirecutter, PCMag, and TechRadar, along with verified customer feedback. After comparing many options, these two kept coming up as strong choices:
• Samsung Galaxy Watch 7

• Amazfit Active 2

However, I’m having trouble deciding which one would be better for me, and I’d really appreciate some advice. I’m hoping fitness enthusiasts, wellness-focused users, or health coaches here can also share their experiences.
For context, I usually walk daily and do light workouts, so I’m looking for something that is user-friendly, comfortable to wear all day, and highly accurate for sleep and recovery tracking. Long battery life and minimal maintenance would also be a big plus.Which one would you recommend for someone like me? Any suggestions, pros and cons, or real-world experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Good question, but it’s all down to personal choice really, and whether you prefer Android or Apple. I prefer Android, so would obviously recommend a good Samsung Galaxy Watch; the old 4 Classic is still my daily user, and I love it

If you want to use Facer on your watch, you need to buy one that says it runs on WearOS from Google or a newer Apple watch. Basically, any watch that boasts that it gets 5 to 15 days of battery life WILL NOT be WearOS or Apple and won’t be usable with Facer.

You nailed that one. Not wearing a Facer watchface and openly says it’s an e commerce site.

Big vote for the Samsung Galaxy (I have a 7). Previously I had two Fossil watches, and they continually had an issue with connection to my phone, but I’ve not had a single similar issue with the Samsung. I was warned off the Samsung watch because I don’t have a Samsung phone and therefore would miss out on some features, but it’s never been an issue. Amazingly the battery life has got better (I think connected to a change in how watch faces are built)… this time last year I was getting two working days out of it (so I’d take it off the charger on Monday morning and put it back on at the end of Tuesday). Now I can just about squeeze an extra day out of it. One of the best tech decisions I’ve made.
