I am trying to enjoy my workouts more and stay motivated. I realized that a good wearable fitness tracker can really help because it shows your steps, calories burned, heart rate, and even sleep.

I use Facer to Run my watch . I show my steps on there . I Swipe right then go to Samsung Health to look after the stuff you outlined . For Calories to be accurate you need to input daily what you are eatin g . The rest are making estimates . Even steps ar a bit like that . All my Kids run and stuff they all wear Garmins .
