Welcome to the community! Did you try cleaning your browser and rebooting the computer? If you are using the phone do the same.

Hi,
I have rebooted my Mac but it didn’t make a difference, no problem on my phone though. Would it be a Mac issue?

Yes . Try a Different Browser . Safari does not like Facer .

Yes it could be probably caused by Safari. MacBook user here and I have to say that it works perfect with Safari Version 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) but by the screenshot you sent, I’d say it is an older version. Good luck!
