This is a watch that has been hanging around for a while but it’s come around to the time of year to remember those who fell in war - any war.
It was a request watchface and I had a great deal of difficulty deciding what colour the digital time should be especially when placed over red and white stripes. I did have a chart of complimentary colours that I liked but have lost it - oh well…

What you have Done there is fine . I often do exactly what you have done with the drop shadow but also a white one off set+2 or what ever . Can give an Embossed look .
