Sorry about that - does your S3 have always-on enabled? We’re investigating a bug that may cause messaging between the phone and the watch to not consistently work if always-on is disabled.
Yes, the last couple days I’ve had it always-on. In the past I did not.
With the watch in always-on mode, can you click on the “Facer Plus Account enabled” option in the left menu? That will open the Facer Plus status screen on your phone and attempt to resend that status to the watch. If your watch is able to receive data from Facer at that point, it should increase your limit to 20 and give you infinite daily mix tokens.
It says it’s currently enabled.
But did visiting that screen on your phone fix the fact that Facer Plus didn’t seem enabled on the watch?
