Hey guys. I just design my watch faces for fun and of things that mean something to me. Would like to be a Pro user to have many more options to work with some day. I’d love to hear your thoughts on my designs especially if you are an 80’s kid.The last couple days I have been addicted! Currently using a Samsung S2 gear but would like to update to something more classy.I prefer the circle sytle over the iwatch rectabgular look. Any suggestions?
I personally like the samsung s3 frontier. It would be an easy transition if you like tizen. There are a lot of nice wearOS watches out there though. I have a TicWatch S which runs really well but the battery is garbage. I’m told the Ticwatch Pro is the same on performance but without the battery issues and has a much classier look. Check out techradar, they have reviews on just about all the watches worth buying. Also I wanted to let you know, I looked at some of your faces and I noticed your MK2 one the animated gif is running backwards. That is a known bug but it’s easily fixed. Just go back into the creator, select the image sequence and then hit the reverse button and then republish.
Thanks Man for the info. Will look into those watches. I will go correct that watch issue right now (Bored at work here) Appreciate you letting me know the fix.
Haha no worries, I’m board at work too. I started a new project today even though I have about 10 serious drafts in the works. I really need to pick one to stick with right now.
Agree with Orakix. I own a bunch of WearOS and Tizen watches (and yes, Apple Watch.)
Tizen is my favorite. Love the Gear S3 Frontier if you can get a good deal on one but Galaxy Watch is nearly identical in appearance but with an amazing battery. None of my watches come close to the battery life of the Galaxy Watch and it’s very classic in appearance. TicWatch Pro has tempted me but I prefer Tizen to WearOS.
I “watched” the smartwatch market for some time in order to find a perfect one for what I want and need. I was close to buy the S3 Frontier but in the end I went for an “oldie”: Huawei W1 (the black one). Why? 1.4" sapphire glass display, classic look, still good specs even in 2018 (when I bought it). I don’t need NFC or GPS on my watch. And I am very happy with my choice so far.
Thanks. I will check it out.
