Bought 3 facer watchfaces and all showing zero weather on face front. If i tap the weather icon on the face front it will take me to a different tab and shows me the weather correctly. I have had numerous watchfaces and only Facer is not working. I have a Samsung watch.
I have all locations on, i have all permissions on, i have updated to the latest version of facer on phone & watch. I have downloaded the weather test watchface and showed zero weather on my watch, however, correct weather in the facer app on my phone.
I will stop buying facer watchfaces if this continues but wantes to see if fixable first. Cheers

I’m still learning about the possibilities of Facer but it looks like everything you did was right, but consider it may be that on the 3 watchfaces you bought this maybe the intended action ie. tapping the weather icon on your watch is in fact a link. Try downloading a free face with weather as free faces don’t have such links. if the free face doesn’t do what you expect get back here and give the names of the 3 Facer watchfaces where you have problems and I’m sure that someone else here may be able to help.

Hello and welcome ro the community, and sorry for your troubles. Here is what I want you to try. 1st download open weather app on your phone. Next restart your watch. Next press and hold on your watch screen until face choices come up, then choose a stock Samsung face with weather on it (if you dont have one, upload one beforehand). Wait for the weather to load on that Samsung face. Now press and hold on your screen again and choose a Facer watch you like with weather info.
Let me know what happens.

Thanks for you reply. I have done all you suggested and results remain the same. Samsung watchface showed the correct temp on the watchface & phone. Facer watchface x 3 showed 0°c on all 3 watchfaces but was correct on the facer app.
I’d post pics if i knew how

Hi, thanks for your input. The free watchfaces do not show the temp either. I think I’ll give Facer a miss. Way too hard
Hi @ujbaldy, don’t go yet! It’s not clear if you are designing your own watchfaces here or just buying the faces, but either way this is the best forum you will ever come across. MANY people here will try and help you. I read here somwhere about battery saving function on the mobile can cause problems- if it does in this case i don’t know but msybe you could try? As far as I know Facer should be excepted - might be worth a try
Finally you can contact Facer - they will need details of phone and app used. Don’t give up yet - Facer and this forum is the best place to be.
