Can someone do a design for me?

I have come here once before to request a design and it was awesome so I have another idea. I suck at them myself and have tried and failed. I am a student at Liberty University and they now offer a an LU watch at the bookstore being as i wear a smartwatch i have no need for it. I have add a picture of the design and the logo they use on it. It has 3 dials but I was hoping those could be turned into watch battery phone battery and a 24hr dial.

Hello,
That probably would be easy for the designers to do, but are you sure you have permission from the university to reproduce what is probably a legally protected logo?

The school logos are so tiny on the watches in the bookstore. How about just building a design in the overall school colors?

That would be nice to but was hoping the logo could be on there somewhere.
