Hi, someone did an “update” on my notebook and deleted the FACER application. Even models that hadn’t been published yet were deleted. Do you know if there’s any way to recover them? Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you very much. Christian

Every single thing you have done on Facer on facer Creator is Stored on the Facer Server ( Marvins Cloud Space ) . What you have to do is Login to Facer with your Login Details and you will get it all back . I hope that Login has been stored somewhere separate . I hope and pray the folders where you have stored your parts and formulas have not been overwritten . We all have to keep periodic backups of this sort of thing . You will find the Facer IO app on The Google Store . When you have that there is a link to facer Creator there . Good you still have your community Link .

You should have access to everything via the website. As Russel said, just log in on the web.

Christian . Are you saying that you have no record of your login . I have a very poor memory and it gets worse by the day . I keep all my Logins in a file on another device . If you have absolutely exhausted any chance of locating your Login you might get some help from the Facer Help Desk . You must Outline your health situation and how hard it is for you but that the Facer experience is important therapy to you . I am not certain but they may be able to Recover your login from your community Community one . I do not remember anyone saying it could be done . You have no choice but to ask . Do not go creating another login for now .
