Cannot connect with Fossil Q founder

Hi,

I am having problems when trying to add faces to my fossil watch, I have app version 3.0.
when attempting to add a new face the app comes up with the cannot connect to watch error.

I have tried closing the app, restarting phone and watch, uninstall and re install etc.

Any help would be great!

Hi! Can you confirm Facer is selected as a watch face on your watch? This is necessary for the app to function.

Hi,

yes its definitely selected as the face on the watch, the loading face screen spins for a while and then nothing happens.

I am going to try going in to developer mode, debug etc. (I’ve read about doing this somewhere else)

will feedback if this changes anything changes.
