Can add face to Facer as favorite and click on send but it does not transfer to my Fossil gen5 watch.
just to check the obvious first… you have the Facer companion app installed on the watch? And you have the watch paired with the WearOS app and selected as your watch in the Facer app settings? If the answer to all these is yes, next step is reboot the watch. if all that fails, report back.
I have had similar problem in the past and it might not work for you but if I have the watch on charge when I send the face to it, I always get it to load
