Cannot sync anything but started face on Watch6 Classic

I got a galaxy watch 6 classic today.

I cannot get any faces to sync. I am a stuck on the start/stock face (triple tap to explore).

It is installed on my watch and phone.

I am connected via Bluetooth and internet (although it will randomly say no internet connection, even though I go to settings and it says connected).

I have tried to reset and start from scratch.

I have tried to reset and use a backup from my last watch (a 4).

I have the galaxy watch 6 classic selected as the watch on my app.

Please help. I have spent so long building my faces, I will be devastated not to be able to use them.

All I could suggest sorry is to tap and hold the watch screen, select a non Facer Face, and then repeat selecting Facer. Beyond that you seem to have already tried all the obvious steps, so if it’s still not sorted then I truly hope someone else may be able to help…good luck :crossed_fingers:
P.S. I’ve always stuck to my GW4 Classic because I love it so much.

Hi, I have the Galaxy watch 6 classic and my faces all work fine with the watch. I almost always have a problem if my watch runs out of battery without me noticing or sometime even when I restart it. So here is what I do. Go to the Wear app on your phone. Choose a watch face other than a Facer watch face .
( you do have facer installed on your watch , right?) Open that watch face on your watch. Go back to the wear app, and this time choose Facer. Or go to Facer on your watch in the apps and choose a Facer watchface. Going through all of that usually fixes any problems I am having. I sure feel your frustration. The 6 Classic is a great watch. I love it.

If your new watch is running WearOS 6, make sure whatever design you are trying to sync has been created for Watch8/WearOS 6+ compatibility or it won’t sync. Even something as simple as the font can prevent it from being compatible.

There’s no way a 6 Classic has WearOS 6 yet. Only the 8s and the Ultra so far. Not even the 7s are slated yet.

I hope that watch makes it to WearOS 6.
If Google is anything like Microsoft, they support older OS for a little while, but like a tire running out of air End Of Life looms.

Well, everything is currently on hold. Samsung is being quite tight lipped about the Ultra rollout and it’s “success”.

I believe all the way down to the 5 is supposed to get it tho, once they get it figured out.
