Nope, still a problem.
Tried publishing an unfinished face. It did open when I went back to edit it, but next time I tried it did not open. Just sits forever trying to load.
Filed a ticket for this too.
Looks like I have to either finish an entire design all in one go or do everything in WFS and import as some others have said they do now.
