Can someone please help me? I’m trying to up load an image, ever image i try to up load it less than 5MB. First time with this problem can some please help?

Upload it where ? Here or to your Watch . Why so big an image file . You can post an Image file here 720x720 px. That is plenty big enough for watch face .

You’ll want to resize the image to a height of, say 640. Your drawing program should maintain the ratio to a width of 329. It is also best to save as a .png file so that you can set a transparent background

@ann2469 . That image is enormous . Remember the highest screen definition on a smart watch is 450x450 . As I said make your long side 720 and it will work perfectly on a watchface . If you were going to use something like a Gif with 24 images . you have to learn that they need scaling to suit the Tiny Display you are working with . it is not an HD TV . I don’t think our TV has 3600 px Horizontal .

And Facer uses a 320x320 grid.
Another tip is to always make your images square by adjusting the canvas size.
This way, when you want to resize, say a 640x329 you don’t have to do maths to maintain the aspect.
