You should be able to create any size circle with any of the basic free programs.
I usually use Paint 3D and often RealWorldPaint, which you can find here -

There are many others available, for free, and I’m sure some of our other members can let you know of some ok :+1:

You could do it quite quickly in Powerpoint too and then export as a PNG :slight_smile: You could even do it in Facer Creator using a Progress bar or a circle within a circle (the red bit could be two circles with a rectangle overlapping in between them).

Sorry to be so late to the party . It is quite good practice to try draw stuff on Creator . Good for Building skills .
