Changing to a 2 Digit Date ... Help Please

Hi … I have just joined Facer and only want two digits for the Date to be displayed on my watch. This is not offered by default the closest being “Simple 02/17” I only want todays date “17” I have tried this already by deleting the month and I guess this is wrong because it disables the date from changing what am I doing wrong and what do I need to do?..Can I also ask is there a Facer for Dummies book out there or a manual to download to help create…better with a book in front of me!..lol!
