I would like to know if someone is having the same problem, the climate in my region (capital Curitiba) is not as it should have been 2 days ago, it shows the current condition wrong, I did several tests with different faces and everyone with the same problem, with another platform it doesn’t happen! I checked the codes and they are correct

Sometimes the watch needs to reconnect to the phone to update the weather data. It grabs it from another website so if it’s not connected to the phone to grab it, it’ll just keep old data displayed. Try resyncing your watch to your phone and see if that helps. Good luck!
DISCLAIMER: I’ve picked up this information from several different Facer Community posts, so this is just my overview of the issue.
Facer uses OpenWeather (https://openweathermap.org) for their weather source. OpenWeather does not use your “exact” location (no matter what your watch says) and just gives the region wide weather which can be different from where you are now.
You have to make sure your phone is not set to use power management (Adaptive Battery) where it closes “unused” background apps, or at least exempt the Facer app from it.
Next I’ve found that my weather updates more regularly if I open the Facer app 3 or 4 times during the day. There have been lots of times where I’ve looked at my watch and thought that the temperature was wrong, opened the Facer app, closed it and checked my watch and it be close to correct.
NOTE: I’m using a Galaxy S3 Frontier and an Active 2 watch for my daily carry. I also have a cheap TicWatch E that I use only for testing and it seems to have the same issue and cure.

thank you , i viewed the information from the site you left, the information from https://openweathermap.org/ regarding my region at the moment is wrong! the face is 100% correct with the relation of this site! we have 3 users with the same problem, the facer should change this server, because whenever I consult the samsung server at least in my region it is 100% correct, this openweathermap is with information of approximately 70% correctness in all regions that I I never went there, it never happened more than 48 hours ago that the forecast in my region is completely wrong, says it rains while there is sun wrong
