Color Numeric Number

Hello,

When designing a classic watch, I want to colour each hour digit.
For example, when the time is 12 o’clock, the number 12 will be yellow or a different colour,
When the clock is 1, the colour in the number 12 will be extinguished, only the number 1 will be yellow and this colouring will continue as 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11.
I could not find a code like this.
Can you help me?

Depending on your graphical skills . You could make a mask background where the numerals are Transpsrent and rotate a narrow arc shape behind with #DWFH#

You can have each numeral covered by anothrr layer with the same numeral that lights a different colour on that hour with Opacitry .
You would need a conditional formula that only works for the specific hour .

The above is for 12 oclock . I am sure you know to change that number for the other hours and this formula goes in the Opacity Field of the layer .

Let us see how you get on . I forgot to say Welcome @usaclockface . Another way to change colours is to rotate a Semi Opaque Black filter over all the others . Only if your Background is black .

I’m animating the design now.
and it’s exactly how I wanted it.
I will do the colouring. I will publish it after clarifying it with topaz.

Where do I get the font version of those wide numerals? Seen them a lot and me likey.

You can search by scanning the fonts you like with photoshop ‘type match font’.

The only thing I would change, personally, is to have the green on the active and the red on the AOD. Red uses less screen battery for starters and is less on the eyes when half asleep and glancing.

When I’m asleep and I look at the clock, I want to see the time.
With the red colour it is a bit difficult to see the time when half asleep :slight_smile:
