Colored Text In Dim Mode

I want the text in the Dim Mode to be in color. Not just White.
Can anyone please tell me how to achieve this?

Note:- I am not concerned about the battery life.

If it’s just plain text, try importing an image of the text. You can have what ever colour text you like then. The other way I have found is to add the “Stroke” effect to the text. You can make the outline any colour you like and change the thickness to make it more prominent.
