I am having trouble Linking to the Community on a Mobile device . The link is insisting I install the App and after that it is stuck LOADING . I am trying to work from a Web Link . I am using Google Chrome . May be I need to use a different browser .

Maybe you can try to select Desktop site, I do that on my IPad mini.

I use the community app on my Android phone all the time no problem ( including now). At home I’m on wifi - i think it would be more likelty that if you are using wifi too - maybe turn it off for 30 seconds and see…
