Complications limited to 4?

Hi,

The documentation for complications shows an example with 5 complications however there seems to be a limit of 4 which can be added to a design. Is there a way around this or is this limit perhaps because I already added too many of some other element?

and the lack of any kind of response whatsoever is why my trial membership was cancelled before it cost me any money.
