Complications trouble

Apple Watch series 8

Recently downloaded app and made my face but my complications don’t work when I click on them… I’ve sync it up and gave permission for app to access all information but when I click on them it still telling me to open app on my I phone.

Can anyone help ???

I have had one person complain that on series 8 not everything loaded properly. But I could not see an issue on my side. On Series 6 all is fine. I advised to contact support.
But I do not know if he got anywhere.
Sorry not of much help…
