Is there a contact number for this company to reach out to? The list price for this app is $19.99. I had a previous subscription in 2023 and it was &14.99 so the increase in price I was ok with. However, I was charged $39.99 which I would have NEVER paid. So say I’m mad is putting it mildly. I’d like to get a refund or else I’m doing a dispute with my bank.

The $14.99 and $19.99 prices are one time only to new Premium subscribers. If you have had Premium, it’s $39.99 regular price. Facer should have that listed somewhere.

I’ve only ever used Facer for free, no Subscriptions needed for me
