Conversion failures

Hello FACER Team, since yesterday I´ve got a problem and I need help please. Everytime I try to publish a face it shows: “Your watchface has been saved as draft due to conversion failures.”
I tried to fix it myself and I update the Beta version, update my browser to the new version, update my Facer App on my handy and at last I update all my devices of Samsung. But nothing change the problem and I can´t publisch any type of face… Thank you for your help.

I had the same thing happen yesterday, they said it is a known bug that they are working on.

Hello Rator, sorry, but that’s I want to hear. Thank you sharing your experience.
But unfortunately nobody from the help desk send an answer to my request.

They just hit me back about it today and said they are working on it and will let us know.

Thank you, sharing the information with me. I believe they’re a bit in a trouble with all the changes due to the WWF and Wear OS 6… If I get news I’ll let you know… Regards Hans

Yeap, and now I have 2 Face that won’t publish. I have done a few since all this chaos and somehow a couple of faces went through, and a couple refuse to go through.

I had a Face taken down some time ago . And after removing the offending Word in the description ( Navigate and Navigation ) . It would still not upload . The file gets invisible bugs in it . I rebuilt it from scratch and it went through . Someone asked on FB why the descriptions in Facer Faces were so Minimal . :grin: :rofl: :joy: :robot:

Well, my faces weren’t turning down and I hope that “conversion failures” doesn’t mean that I was breaking the holy rules… They turned so many faces of mine… even after 2 years and 2k syncs they are deleting them. So I’m still waiting that my problem will be solved that I can publish my faces…

Those Tickes you have shown span over 600 . Wow that is a hell of a lot of Tickets .

It is! And I just got done with another face, make that 3 faces now that refuse to publish. This is nuts!!!

If the issue is the same, can you edit to update the same ticket so you don’t have to send a new one for each watch face?

Yes, it looks like Facer has received a lot off helpdesk requests in just a few days, which shows that many people are probably running into similar questions or issues. To make things easier for everyone, it might help if they share more updates and known problems, so users can find answers without needing to contact support each time. A public list of ongoing issues or a better FAQ could also prevent duplicate tickets and save time for both users and the helpdesk team.

Well, I got a reply back on one of my tickets About publishing issues. Seems like that This:

Hello, my problem seems to be solved. This morning I tried to publish a face via my Samsung Galaxy Tab and it worked. I dont have a glown why because I didn´t change any settings on my win 11 computer, firewall or router. Microsoft did have an update this week but my publishing problem starts before. For me it´s absolutely ok to publish over my tablet…
