Couldn't retrieve my subscription

I have changed my mobile recently and in the new mobile i couldn’t retrieve my yearly subscription. I have sent a mail regarding this issue and no response from facer team. Please hel me on getting my yearly subscription back.

I’m just guessing here but you have to log-in with the same username-password you used with the old phone.
