How do I get a response from customer service. Placed an Apple Watch band order 29 March. Paid 70 dollars. Have not received the order. When email customer support I am told via email response we will contact you shortly. However, have not heard anything from Facer.

I have never received an answer to any question… not that I had many. After a few I gave up.
Even when I sent positive “thank you” message (for fixing HR) I didn’t receive “you are welcome” response.
I think you have to chase up the Ticket Number .

Yes, guys, Support goes by ticket numbers - which is why the email response specifies: “If you ever need to reference this email, you may use this reference ID…”
Doesn’t matter. I love Facer anyway.
