Customizable Watch Face Problem

Hello everyone!

A customer has this problem with one of my watch faces and I don’t know what is the solution to this. Can anybody tell me?
‘‘when i try to customize the face i get this message. have deleted and reinstalled. not sure what to do next.’’

As I can see it’s a Premium watchface.

I’m guessing: he didn’t pay for Premium membership?
