Your time for the Hours has to have the #Db# tag. If you are using #DH# in its place, then your faces will only work on 24-hour time preference. Using #Db# allows Facer users to select whichever time preference they want.
And for the date “words” you need to remove the #DTIMEFORMAT# expression and change it to 100 so it shows for everyone.
