Need help with hand rotation expression on this dial.

If you want the hand to point to current date, it should rotate with formula like this:
(#Dd#*360/31)
this should work, provided the numbers are spread evenly around circumference of the dial.

Tried that one. will not line up with 16.
the hand will be behind the face and fill in the holes,
That is what I mean, the digits and cutouts are not evenly distributed
