Is there a way to ceate a compass that looks like one–i.e. a dial with an arrow?
You can just use two watch hands and set the rotations to #CMP# and (#CMP#+180) so one points north and the other south. Colour (tint) one red and one white, and you have it.
Alternatively, create your own needle as a .png with transparent background and set its rotation value to #CMP#.
