Hi i recently had to reinstall my watch onto my phone again and now i can’t download any facer faces; all i have is the wear faces and they arent the greatest can someone help me please?

Do you have Facer app installed on the watch?

Inside the Facer app (on the phone), do you have correct watch selected?

try to restart phone and watch

Welcome @geriatchison . All of the above . Remember you need the Facer Companion app on your Phone . Hopefully you have made a note of your previous Login Details . Did you Buy some faces ? Are you getting this ?
