#DWFS# versus #DWFSS#

I’m just wondering if anyone could explain why there’s a different statrting rotation point for #DWFS# versus #DWFSS#? #DWFS# starts at 0" (0°) but #DWFSS# starts at 1" (~4°).

Is this by design or is there some quirk that needs to be implemented/addressed for smooth second rotation? Right now I’m using my own simple calculation of (floor(#DWFSS#) - 4) which seems to work. Just wondering if anyone else uses anything else that may be more precise, if it needs to be that is.

Do you see this on watch too?

I only knew this as preview “feature” that the displayed time in creator corresponds with time of opening the page, which leaves a decimal fraction of seconds in place, despite setting preview to 12:00:00 for example. To test this I would pull the slider on timeline to the start and then set some time numbers, that should reset the seconds fraction until the time is started to run again.

I’ll take a look when I come to update it (later today) and I’ll check on my watch too.
