Dz showing right on facer designer but not on watch

using Dz Tag to show current time zone in this watch

the CET timezone works well on the designer but does not work on the watch (samsung gear s3)

Same with my Galaxy Watch. It actually displayed for a short time then stopped. Strange. Did you ever figure out how to get it be displayed on the watch?
