Edit circumference numbers / write text in a circle?

Hey everyone, I’m quite new to this all, and I’m trying to figure out a way to make a 24h subdial for a face. I have the hand set, as well as its rotation, but I’m struggling to find a way to label the subdial as 24h, seeing how the presets only go up to 12. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

Hello and welcome.
To arrange text or numbers in a circle, I use Photoshop and AutoCad. Free alternatives would be GIMP and FreeCAD.
