Face for Apple watch 6

I made a face for apple watch 6, that my daughter has and i sent the link for her. When she tried to sync it it’s telling that “not available for apple watch”. Why this is happening? What i am doing wrong?

You may have used a templet that won’t work with the Watch 6. There is at least one templet that only works on Watch 7 and above.

So what i can do? How i know which one is working?

If you used the Modular Duo templet, you will have to choose another one and do it again. It is Watch 7 and higher only. I believe the rest of them will work on Watch 3 and above. There is only one that will work on Watch 1 and that is the first one that only takes a picture.
