Face image does not show in a list

When I see a list of faces from a search, mine never show the image I have loaded. The hands and numbers are there, but never the base image. If I click deeper as if I want to load it to my watch I am able to see the face as designed. Why doesn’t the image show in a larger group of watches? All of those images appear.
Here is a link to 1 of my 6 designs. You will see in the list of other designs, no images appear.

Another option: Do a search for “Dick Tracy.” You will see one that has no face- that’s mine!

Hi @emlars2000 . Welcome to the Community . Generally switch on inspection for any Face you would like us to look at . Get into the habit of using PNG Images only . That is the standard across Facer . If you want to post resources here with some transparency they have to be PNG and 720 x 720 px maximum . If you are using Logos of existing brands Duplicate the Face before you publish it . Facer may decide to take it down as a Copyright Strike . Enjoy .
BTW . I never use the Preset Facer Background in Creator . It is more Versatile if you put it in as an Image layer .
.
While you are here grab some special hands for your Faces Here in the Resources Category .

If your images are PNG and not too large then they should show no worries, so I’m guessing it’s just a bug, I wouldn’t worry about it. I see background images aren’t showing on any of your listed Faces but they do appear when viewing each Face -

This is a common bug with an easy solution. In the editor, select the layer that isn’t showing, click Tint, then Color, then select a color. Any color, it doesn’t matter. Then, reselect #ffffff as your layer color, all the way in the upper left. This will revert your image back to its original color. Click Save, and then Update, and it should be visible.

I try to get in the habit of, before hitting that final “Publish” button, clicking “Back to Collection” (upper left icon) first. If a layer is going to be problematic, it’ll be obvious in that view, and it gives me a chance to fix it before it goes live on the site. For whatever reason, this bug is more common on Mac computers using Safari.

Also, I disagree with only using .pngs. Using .jpegs improves performance on my underpowered watch, by a lot
