Facer companion app gear s2 error support

Hi, i have managed to download the facer app from the Google play store no problem but when i go to get the companion app i get the error message 'product does not exist in this store (3010:4004:25e9253f7043)

I’m aware that this has been mentioned before by other users but our error message code is different and I’m not able to fix this with the information that other users have been given, it would appear that Facer may need to fix this with Samsung.

Can you help me sort this out please as my friend has this problem also and we would really like to be able to use your watch faces. Thank you
