Facer companion app not available

It is a Galaxy Watch 4. It was already installed on this watch previously for years with no problem. It suddenly acted like it needed the companion app reinstalled when I upgraded my phone from a LG ThinQ V60 to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Whenever it tries to push the companion app install through the galaxy store it tells me my watch is not supported by the app via an error message and facer isn’t searchable.

I think there is a good Reason for getting Facer from the Google Store . The Companion App has been updated to Connectect better with WOS3 . Uninstall the old one and get the New one from the Store .

I agree with @russellcresser , just go to the Google Play on your watch, find Facer and install it from there. I’ve done that with all my WearOS watches and it works fine.

I’ve recently encountered same issue, using the Note10+, with the Galaxy Active2. I never once deleted the companion app, but it’s not searchable in the Galaxy Store. Facer redirects Me there everytime i attempt to sync a watchface. Funnily enough, it worked just the other day, AFTER the problem began. Weird glitch.

The app has bee replaced under a new name, Wearable. If you download that it should all be good.

Hello! I got the error, even with that link, saying “This content is no longer available for your phone. Contact the content provider if you want them to add support for your phone.” I have a Galaxy Watch Active2, have a Galaxy S25, and am in the United States.

I think Active Two is still supported . You have to Chose the TIZEN face right down the bottom of the settings list . I have an active 2 for testing . I will check later .
