Its happens on ALL of the above . Anytime you try to save anything , publish or upgrade. It just hangs , acting like its still trying to save. IF you hit the publish button, it will hang for a very long time then will gtive you a quick error saying very quickly that there was a error publishing it and to try again (but that error is only when you hit publish. I tried to screen capture the error message because it only shows for a few seconds , but now I cannot even get to that point where it will allow me to get to the publish area
I somehow was able to get to the Publish button. Once i hit Publish and it started, it went through the motions and hangs up in various places for up to 5-7 mins. Then it stops and gives you this error :
WATCHFACE Save Error - Please Try again
This Is what the error says in upper right hand corner
@selia67 We’ve just pushed an update that we think addresses the issue you’re seeing above. When you get a chance, try it out again. We’re continuing to investigate these reported issues, but with this update it should be improved.

I was hopeful. I rebooted and got back into facer and managed to publish one that was already saved in draft. (ive had this happen after a reboot twice)
I went to make a new one and save it as a draft and it still hangs up now for 9 mins now and still ticking. So no whatever you did ,unfortunately did not fix the problem.
the fact that it allowed me to publish a pre saved draft didnt meant anything because its done that twice then reverted back to NOT saving at all . I even tried to reproduce this by rebooting again and the next reboot did not make it work. It still will not save in draft mode or allow me to publish

few days i have problem with saving. There is problem with JS. Steps to reproduce bug are (tested in Chrome):
Open editor a add some elements
Save drag
Remove some element
Try to save drag
Saving is neverending and in JS console is ucaught exception:
Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'getImageData' on 'CanvasRenderingContext2D': The source width is 0.

Can somebody fix this?I ony noting that I did not have any problem to send draft to watch if I did no changed in it. As I read this topic I get suspicion that any removed element or element with changed content (reuploaded image) creates that bug… Thx a lot for your work And amazing platform…
It still will not save even on making a Fresh watch face with no previous used components.
Perhaps it would be best to merge that with this original topic rather than hopping all around the board. If that is not possible, let’s stay in this topic, please.
I just finished doing a clean install of Windows and reinstall of my graphics app (with a zillion settings) so I was hoping for good news here. It had nothing to do with Facer, but my patience is wearing thin, so I’d really appreciate it if we can get a confirmation that Creator is working to everyone’s satisfaction before I spend more hours on designs that cannot be saved/published. Thank you.

I was replying to the post above my post, so the developers are aware that his/her post is not the case for everyone. And i agree we need to continue this in the new thread where the poster gave real actual bug information for the developers to fix it.
@selia67 @Linlay @majlanky - Thanks again to everyone for helping us investigate this! Could you reload the page and check which version you have? Here’s a screenshot showing where it’s located, you can see it at the bottom of this dropdown.
Quick follow-up, could you also re-confirm the following info where you’re seeing issues:
- Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Facer Creator app, etc)
- OS (Windows 10, MacOS High Sierra, etc)
- Watch face (link to watch face on facer.io)
Im on version 4.3.5.30 using Chrome win 8.1
Cant give link to watch face because it wont save it

Within the last 2 hrs, I successfully edited and published 2 faces from drafts.
Third design pulled out of drafts and edited hanged at Publish here:
Reloading took me back to the pre-edited draft which shows 4.3.5.30
Edge is clean as Windows 10 Pro 1803 was just installed on this device. I have not tested Creator today yet on my alternate browser which is Pale Moon. I refuse to use Chrome.
OT but this has been showing on Creator for both of my browsers for a long time. Maybe the Internet Gods of Security finally got really angry and said, “No more for you!”
UPDATE: For the last hour and half I have been able to Create a NEW face several times.
BUT if i Duplicate a face and try to change it in any way, it will not save the draft so i can publish it. It just hangs .
So New faces will publish IF you only save the draft once prior to publish.
I have not been able to update watch. I let it run 6 hours and still nothing happened. I have noticed all week that in Firefox Newest updated Browser OS Sierra, it seems to not want to publish anything without taking hours. OR not at all.
