Facer keeps stopping

Hi Guys,

Since the recent update my Samsung Galaxy S3 Frontier watch and Facer worked flawlessly. Since the recent update (Tizen 3.0.0.2) the loaded face stays active for no more than 10 seconds before closing facer and reverting to the default watch face.

Is this a known issue?

I hope Support can help me in this issue…

So sorry about that - can you let me know what exact model of Gear S3 you have? and also do you remember what version of Tizen you updated from? Were you already on a 3.x version?

Hi yes i was on the previous 3.x.x version. My Watch is the S3 Frontier
