I got premium for Facer. Everytime i try to connect to my watch 5 when it says install companian app, i already installed and ive already added facer to my clock thing. Its just not connecting any of the watch faces i want. Please help i dont want the premium to go to waste. Pls.
I suggest you contact Facer Support at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new . They will want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having.
