I’ve been trying to get help from them for 6 weeks absolutely no response and I have a similar issue
I have the problem they blamed that I may have multiple accounts on play store wanted a video of the ads popping up. kind of difficult to get a video on the phone when its happening only reason I never went premium after hearing that they had a problem as well
I have three Facer accounts with 3 different GMail addresses. I’ve had issues with my Plus subscription just because of the email account. I can understand why they would mention that, but if you only have one Facer account and one Play Store account, that shouldn’t be the issue.
I had an issue with Face Plus switching on and off for no reason… I contacted Little Labs and since I sent an Error Report for them I have not heard Back but the Problem seems to be Fixed . I used my Alternative Email at some stage in the Game and I get Emails on it but it is not used for Any login . These servers seem to be incapable of forgetting historical Email addresses . One I have not used For iover 19 years keeps being suggested when I go to type my Email.

It’s a wonder I don’t have more problems since I have over 20 email addresses and 5 of those are Gmail…
Good Management I have problems with Two .
I was told years ago right after I joined Facer that members are identified by their email addresses. That was before subscriptions were added to the mix, so that is probably why having more than one email addy really messes things up. In every community where I have moderated, it is a violation for regular members to have more than one account. I do not know why that is not in the TOS at Facer.
