Facer Plus Not Working On Watch After Reset

First off,I love Facer and cannot believe it took me so long to try it. Until now I haven’t had any issues and I’ve had it about 6 months.

The problem is I have Facer Plus and it still shows Active on the phone but on my watch it’s not since I reset the watch. I don’t get the unlimited daily mix or the extra faces on the watch. When I use up the 5 faces on the daily mix it sends me to a Samsung pay page on the phone to buy it again. I done know what to do. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and everything and it’s not working.
