Facer Plus reinstallation problem

I purchased Facer Plus from the Samsung Galaxy app store shortly after I got my Galaxy Active 2 watch. Recently I had to do a complete reset on my phone, and after reinstalling the Facer app on my phone and logging in, I’m being asked to purchase Facer Plus from the Google Play store.

How can I get my Facer Plus access back please? I sent support an email about this, but so far no reply…
