I just subscribed to annual premium and keep getting the error pop-up, “Oops, we couldn’t activate your premium account.” I did try rebooting phone and pixel watch as i read in another thread… did not resolve though.
Update… I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled… once I logged in the premium activated. All seems good now.

Exactly the same problem I have. Google play shows I have the subscription. Facer app shows I have it on one page then shows I don’t on another. Trying to charge me for every watch faces too.
I get the same message even after I uninstalled and reinstalled.
